I came in right at the end of a daily meditation Jay Shetty was doing live on Facebook. There was literally one minute left of the session, so all I heard was these words. And I truly believe that words, things, acts ans people are put in front of us when we need them, so I took them to heart.

Of course we need to be part of creating our own wellbeing and a great life, we can’t just sit and wait for the universe to come and serve us on a silver plate. Every day we need to wake up with the intent that we are shapers of our own destiny, but if we believe we can, and go with our inner flow, we’ll be guided in the right direction.
