A MEETUP FOR WOMEN TO CONNECT WITH NATURE TO OPEN UP THE MIND AND GET INTO CREATIVE FLOW
Tuesday 17th May 9-10.30am
Meet by green house outisde One Garden
Getting away from your desk and the social media noise to immerse yourself in nature is important, to access a deeper level of your own creativity and the wisdom you possess inside. Join us for a beautiful morning walk, talk and meditation, to connect with nature and yourself.
We’ll go for an easy walk through the woods to talk and connect, then we’ll sit down in one of the nature areas for a chat and a hot drink.
We finish off with a meditation, led by Lindy Brook Tweed, co-creator of the Breathing Space at Stanmer Organics – a semi-wild garden which provides a quiet space for visitors to connect with nature with a willow dome for meditation.
Bring your own coffee/tea
We’ll go ahead unless it’s raining heavily so wear suitable clothes and shoes.
Meet by the greenhouse just outside the One Garden entrance by The Patchway parking. (Parking £1.50/hr)
The event is limited to 10 people so book your space now:
THE VLOG ACADEMY & EYESTORM
Country Director G100-Media, Arts & Communication
After 25 years in film and TV production, I started The Vlog Academy, to teach business owners how to create their own smartphone videos. But I soon saw that women needed their own support platform. They had different questions, different fears, different blocks.
My visibility programme for women in business, EyeStorm, was born.
This opened up a whole new level of engagement for women empowerment and gender equality.
EyeStorm has now grown into a community with events and I’m very proud to chair the G100 Media, Arts & Communication wing in the UK, where we strive to give women around the world a stronger voice.
I bring my years of experience in training, mentoring, coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), together, with a passion for walking and nature, to help women develop themselves and their business, in balance.
If you’re running your own business, then YOU are the heart of it – and if you are not ‘ok’ then neither is your business. Real time out of the ‘busy’ is essential.
I want every aspiring businesswoman to have choice, be empowered and most importantly, to be fully supported in their journey to success. Trying to do it alone doesn’t work and quite frankly, it’s hard.
